A local food that you'll have to try if visiting Chiang Mai. This dish is yellow, flat noodle in curry soup topped with deep-fried noodle, served with shallots and pickled. Just put everything in the bowl and squeeze the lime juice in - yum! The choice of meat will be Gai (chicken) or Nua (beef).
