The relationship between Thai people and food is deep... and those who are lucky to live and work in Thailand can see that we eat all the time! This blog is about Thai food and food in Thailand, and occasionally some Thai words or phrase that are not really relevant to the food. And it's definitely not a food critic blog.
Smelly Bean with Prawns (Goong Pad Sa-tor)
Sa-tor or smelly bean is local to Southern Thailand. It is eaten raw or like this dish, stir-fried with meats, often prawns. Not all Thais eat Sa-tor though.
Warning: People using toilet after you might be able to tell that you just had smelly bean, as the name suggested, the thing is quite smelly and the effect lasts a while :)
