Poh Taek, Seafood Spicy Soup
The words Poh Taek actually means broken fisherman's basket (or maybe fisherman's pier rather, I'm not really sure here). The soup, though clear, is spicy with fresh bird eye chilli.. the taste is similar to Tom Yam in a way but the ingredients are different.. that differences add very nice aroma and touch to this dish indeed.
