Anyway, Hor Mok is made of coconut milk, chili paste, fish and some secret ingredients that I don't know. All those are put together in banana leaf to be steamed or grilled.
Malaysians call this O-tah O-tah (spelling??). A friend of mine takes this Hor Mok back to Malaysia almost everytime he visits Phuket.. like 100 of them each time.
